A. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. No students will be entertained regarding your grades thru phone calls, text messages, visiting the instructor's home, setting a meeting place outside the campus, e-mail and the like.

2. Any inquiry regarding your grade will be entertained inside the campus only, specifically within Natividad Hall only.

3. To those who failed, avoid using other people to take chance to pass the subject.
Be professional and observe ethics.

B. RE-CHECKING OF CHECKED PAPERS

1. Schedule of rechecking of papers for failed students:
17 October 2008, 3.00pm - 5.00pm only.

2. Schedule of rechecking of papers for incomplete and passed students:
20 October 2008, 3.00pm - 5.00pm only.

3. Only three students at a time are allowed to do the rechecking, first come first serve.

4. No ballpens or markers are allowed to bring during the rechecking.

5. In the case where correct answers with correct solutions where found but not credited from the first score obtained then it will be added, whatsoever the corresponding points.

6. Any excess of counts from exam score will be deducted if ever found.
